Cheeseburger Mac 'n Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Regular macaroni ‘n cheese
  • 1/2 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • Combine the beef mixture with the macaroni and cheese.
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
 

  • Cook the box of macaroni ‘n cheese, per instructions.
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef.
  • Drain the excess fat, and stir in the diced tomatoes, ketchup, and onion powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
