Fondant potatoes

Had to try this… very simple, but it takes a little time…

I cut two large potatoes up and used olive oil. Then instead of butter (because I didn’t have any), I used margarine. I used celery salt and ground pepper for seasoning, and I put in a little more than a cup of chicken broth.

Next time, I’ll cut these a little thinner.

These were DELICIOUS!
