Instant Pot Breakfast Casserole

Easy and tasty breakfast in the Instant Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Tbsp. Bacon pieces (about 8 slices of bacon)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Hash Browns (Country style cubes, or shredded)

Directions
 

  • Add 1 cup of water to bottom of Instant Pot
  • Grease/line an Instant Pot cake pan, or other IP safe cooking pan that fits inside the Instant Pot
  • Whisk the eggs, add Salt and Pepper
  • Combine whisked eggs with Hash Browns, Bacon, Cheese (and anything else you're going to add to the casserole), and add to cooking pan
  • Put cooking pan on trivet inside the Instant Pot
  • Cover Instant Pot and set to SEALING
  • Pressure Cook on HIGH for 22 minutes - turn OFF the 'Keep Warm' setting
  • Do a NATURAL RELEASE (about 10-15 minutes)
  • Serve
