Instant Pot Breakfast Casserole
Easy and tasty breakfast in the Instant Pot
Ingredients
- 8 Tbsp. Bacon pieces (about 8 slices of bacon)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup Hash Browns (Country style cubes, or shredded)
Directions
- Add 1 cup of water to bottom of Instant Pot
- Grease/line an Instant Pot cake pan, or other IP safe cooking pan that fits inside the Instant Pot
- Whisk the eggs, add Salt and Pepper
- Combine whisked eggs with Hash Browns, Bacon, Cheese (and anything else you're going to add to the casserole), and add to cooking pan
- Put cooking pan on trivet inside the Instant Pot
- Cover Instant Pot and set to SEALING
- Pressure Cook on HIGH for 22 minutes - turn OFF the 'Keep Warm' setting
- Do a NATURAL RELEASE (about 10-15 minutes)
- Serve
